Apeksha Subramanya, is a Senior Consultant in Subramanya Law Company, and has an experience of 33 years in the domain of Customs, GST, Service Tax Central Excise and Income Tax. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce, from Saurashtra University, Rajkot. She Started her career with the Income Tax Department, before coming to the Central Excise & Customs Department. She has taken voluntary retirement from the Customs Department, and now helps MSMEs, Companies, Partnership Firms, and Individuals, in legal compliances and litigation. With such immense experience of Indirect Tax laws, she is an asset to the Law Firm. She advises on procedural aspects of Customs, GST, and its compliances.
She is such an excellent communicator that she does not throw the weight of her vast experience on the clients, but makes them very comfortable in discussing the issues bothering them, in their own level of understanding, in the domain of GST, Customs, and Exim Policy matters. She communicates in English, Hindi and Gujarati with ease.
